Louisville Ladders Type IA, Type I and Type II "D" Rung Fiberglass Extension Ladders, manufactured between September 2007 and October 2007 have been recalled. The fly section on the ladder may bind without locking.

If you have one of these ladders STOP USING IT IMMEDIATELY, and call Louisville Ladder toll free at 1-800-860-4356.
