PROJECT: WORKING WITH IMCO'S MG-KRETE - THE CONCRETE SOLUTION
Hanes Supply is a major distributor of IMCO's MG-KRETE Concrete Patching line. We are very pleased to carry MG-KRETE Concrete Repair Compounds. IMCO's MG-KRETE is considered the perfect patch that bonds tenaciously to concrete, is simple to use, has a quick set time and is considerably economical.
MG-KRETE is ideal for a virtually unlimited range of concrete repairs, including thin overlays, pouring into forms, filling cracks or as a fast-set plug. In addition, target="_blank">MG-KRETE can be troweled vertically and overhead. It also has a very rapid cure time in all weather conditions. Most applications can be returned to service within one hour!
The images shown here are of a customer's first use of MG-KRETE Concrete Repair. They chose to try this product after we came to their work-site to demonstrate how easy and effective it was by patching some holes in their epoxy floor. This project entailed covering a little over four hundred square feet of floor with MG-KRETE. This was a repair job on their power washing bay for Fork Trucks in their shop. Previously it had been covered with about a half of an inch of epoxy which was removed and the floor scarified. They were very pleased with this product and its new formulation that allows plenty of work time, as you can see in the photographs. The set up time was fast as you can see by the fact that they are on the material while working in new areas.
MG-KRETE could not be any easier to apply. You mix its two parts together and then start patching. It lasts much longer and withstands wear and heavy traffic superior to traditional cement based patch materials. It has a tenacious bond, does not shrink, creating a surface that is more impervious to moisture, salt, gas and oils, and requires less long-term maintenance. Sets within one hour, even in sub-zero temperatures, dramatically cutting production time down.
