Neos Stabilicers® Outsoles with 32 Replaceable Cleats Embedded in The Sole to Help Maintain Traction in The Harshest Winter Conditions. Rugged But Light Weight Outsoles Provide Excellent Slip Resistance on Ice and Snow.
