Resin and hardener are dispensed and mixed simultaneously Through the mixing nozzle. ET-HP® is formulated for Anchoring Threaded Rod and rebar into concrete (cracked/uncracked) and masonry.

When properly mixed, adhesive will be a uniform gray color
For best results store between 45 to 90° F
Surfaces to receive epoxy must be clean
Base material temperature must be 50° F or above at the time of installation
For best results, material should be 70 to 80° F at time of application
To warm cold material, store cartridges in a warm, uniformly heated area or storage container
Do not immerse cartridges in water to facilitate warming
Mixed material in nozzle can harden in 30 min at temperatures of 70° F and above
The load tables list values based upon results from the most recent testing and may not reflect those in current code reports
Use only Simpson Strong-Tie® mixing nozzles in accordance with Simpson Strong-Tie® instructions
Modification or improper use of mixing nozzle may impair ET-HP adhesive performance
Non-sag or thixotroconsistency
133° F heat deflection
168° F glass transition temperature
2300 psi at 2 days and 2440 psi at 14 days bond strength
