Product Overview

The panel filter kit, is tailored for use with the 9878 series. It includes components for eight workers, consisting of two first-stage filters, one second-stage filter, and one third-stage filter. Allegro® filtration assemblies are specifically engineered to facilitate the replacement of filter elements without the need to disassemble the filter housings. It is essential to replace these filter elements at regular intervals to maintain the effectiveness of the filtration system.

First stage: 2 filters per kit, 5 micron coalescing filter element, Removes water, oil and larger particles, Replaced every 200 running hours
Second stage: 1 filter per kit, 0.0 10 micron coalescing filter element, Removes finer particles and contaminants and provides "oil-free" air, Replaced every 400 running hours
Third Stage: 1 filter per kit, 0.003 ppm activated carbon filter element, Removes oil vapors, hydrocarbons and most odors from air, Replaced every 400 running hours
