Product Overview

Edwards® Radius Roller and Portable Power Unit, Hydraulic, 2 in, 20 ton Maximum Load, 3-Phase, 460 V, 7 A. The Edwards® 20 ton radius roller is designed to roll medium to heavy flat bar, angle, pipe, tube and channel in smooth, long diameter bends. Able to operate either horizontally or vertically depending on your project and with a heavy duty rolling base, you can move the bender out of the way when your project is complete. This radius roller package includes a portable power unit and is ready to plug-in and power up.

Features

Bends a smooth, long diameter curve for a wide variety of materials including pipe, tube, square tube, solid round, flat bar, angle iron and channel
Horizontal or vertical operation provides the user flexibility
Variable speed hydraulic drive allows users to dial in the appropriate speed for different materials
Includes a 6 universal piece die set that accepts square tube, flat bar, angle iron and channel
Requires an EDWARDS® ironworker with PowerLink™ system or a portable power unit to operate
Heavy duty rolling base for easy movement
Standard tooling included 6 in brake with 4-way die
20 ft quick-connect hoses for simple plug and play operation
Built in storage on the frame keeps your dies conveniently close
