Product Overview

This cutting dust shroud kit includes the DWE43131 4-1/2 to 5 in grinder and DWE46123 5 in. Cutting grinder dust shroud. The grinder features the anti-rotation E-Clutch® system which shuts the grinder off when a wheel pinch or wheel stall occurs. The cutting grinder dust shroud provides easy depth-of-cut adjustment with the adjustable shoe.

DWV9000 quick connector provides a secure connection between the shroud and vacuum
Shroud features a plunging system to help improve dust collection when starting and finishing the cut
Spindle lock button on grinder helps provide quick accessory changes
Dust ejection system on the grinder helps provide durability by ejecting damaging dust and debris particles that enter through the air intake vents
Adjustable shoe on the shroud provides easy depth-of-cut adjustment
Outer blade guide on the shroud indicates blade direction for a precise cut
Anti-rotation E-Clutch® system on the grinder detects motion of the tool and shuts it down in bind up situations, helping minimize sudden torque reactions compared to standard clutches
Power loss reset on the grinder prevents accidental restarts following a power disruption when the tool is left in the on position
