Loctite® penetrating oil, lightweight, series: lb 8713™, aerosol can, 13 oz, petroleum distillate base, composition: hydro treated heavy naphthenic distillates (petroleum), hydrocarbon aliphatic aromatic naphthenic C9-12, butane, propane, kerosine, aerosol can, pale yellow to off-white, solvent, 0.76 specific gravity, 0.4°F flash, 0.499 VOC, flammability: 1. Penetrating oil frees rusted parts and keeps them lubricated and protected from rust after use. May be applied on or near moving parts. Will not harm painted surfaces. Contains no ozone depleting compounds.
