WD-40® Specialist® penetrant spray, fast acting rust release, aerosol can, 11 oz, mineral oil base, composition: LVP petroleum solvent, petroleum solvent, petroleum base oil, carbon dioxide, liquid, clear glass, pleasant, -50 to 400°F, 64°C flash, 0.2451 VOC. WD-40® Specialist® rust release penetrant spray penetrates deep into crevices, threads and seams to break the bonds that hold stuck parts together. Our penetrating lubricant also leaves behind a protective layer and helps prevent rust and corrosion from re-forming. Containing Blu Torch™ technology, a proprietary blend of synthetic additives, our rust remover spray quickly goes to work on rusted nuts, bolts, threads, locks and chains. It is 50-state VOC compliant and safe to use on plastics, rubber and metal.
