Tempil® Bloxide® weldable primer, 12 oz container, aerosol can container, liquid form, silver, clear liquid, <10 sq-mm/s at 40°C viscosity, chemical composition: xylene, solvent naphtha (petroleum), light aliph, ethylbenzene, stoddard solvent, 1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triamine, polymer with formaldehyde, butylated, 1-butanol, cobalt bis, formaldehyde, 5.73 lb/gal VOC, solvent odor/scent. Enhanced corrosion resistance for extended periods of storage. Aluminum base formula allows for welding without removal, reducing downtime and rework contamination. High temperature resistant to 800°F. Can be sprayed, brushed or parts can be dipped into it. Recommended film thickness wet 3 mL, dry 0.75 ml. Bloxide is a versatile weldable primer with a unique aluminum-based formula that eliminates cleaning or removal before welding.
