Rust-Oleum® epoxy primer activator, series: HS9300 System, 1 pt container, can container, liquid form, 275 to 475 sq-ft/gal coverage, chemical composition: Xylene (Mixed Isomers), Ethylbenzene, Tris-2,4,6-(Dimethylaminomethyl)Phenol [3-(2-Aminoethylamino)Propyl]Trimethoxysilane, 1-(2-Aminoethyl)piperazine, Toluene, 60 to 100°F, 403 g/L VOC, Slight Amine odor/scent.
