Loctite® threadlocker, medium strength oil tolerant primerless, series: 243™, bottle, 250 mL, composition: polyglycol dimethacrylate, methacrylate resin, propane-1,2-diol, cumene hydroperoxide, 1-acetyl-2-phenylhydrazine, cumene, liquid, 10 min application, 24 hr at 22°C (full), 5 min at 22°C (fix) curing, blue, mild, -65 to 300°F, 1.09 specific gravity, >199.94°F flash, 0.0109 VOC, 1300 to 3000 cP viscosity rating, applicable materials: metal, 230 psi tensile, 1100 psi shear strength.

Tolerates minor surface contaminations from various oils, such as cutting, lubrication, anti-corrosion and protection fluids
Primer less performance on both inactive and active metals
Anaerobic curing method
Resists acetone, B100 biodiesel, brake fluid, ethanol, leaded petrol
Slightly soluble in water
Not only works on active metals (e. G. Brass, copper) but also on passive substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces
