Loctite® silicon carbide grease mix, series: Clover® can container, 1 lb container, composition: distillates, hydrotreated heavy naphthenic, silicon carbide, tallow, calcium salt, silicon, cristobalite, liquid/viscous form, gray, mild petroleum odor/scent, 1.3548 specific gravity, >93°C flash point, F grade. Standard abrasive paste for fast metal removal. Produces a smooth, flat surface but not a polished one. Leaves a rust preventing film on lapped surfaces. 100 grit. Perfectly suited for the cutting/smoothing/finishing of metal surfaces and for the precision mating of metal parts. Heavier than air vapor density. Achieve precise dimensions while maintaining smooth surfaces, while finishing gauges, tools and dies.
