Rust-Oleum® DTM urethane mastic coating, 2-component high solid, series: 9800 system, 1 gal, can, liquid, black, gloss, 160 to 280 ft²/gal coverage, chemical composition: methyl n-amyl ketone, n-butyl acetate, carbon black, p-toluenesulfonyl isocyanate, 40 to 100°F, <340 g/l VOC, solvent like. High solids, high build, sag resistant, extremely durable. This urethane mastic coating is designed to provide corrosion protection of steel in moderate to severe environments. It can be used directly on sound rusted steel with minimum surface preparation. It can also be used on clean steel, galvanized metal, concrete and previously coated surfaces with proper surface preparation. Two-year rust proof guarantee. 2 years shelf life. 5:1 base to activator by volume mixing ratio. 2 to 3 hr pot life at 70°F. Meets USDA requirements for incidental food contact accepted for use in federally registered canadian food facilities. Two components system - order base and activator separately. 4 to 6 hr tack-free dry time, 6 to 9 hr handle time, 16 to 24 hr recoat dry time.
