Loctite® threadlocker, medium strength oil tolerant primerless, series: 243™, bottle container, 10 mL container, liquid form, 5 min drying, 10 min setting, 24 hr at 22°C (full), 5 min at 22°C (fix) curing, blue, -65 to 300°F, 1.09 specific gravity, >199.94°F flash point, 1300 to 3000 cps viscosity, applicable materials: metal, 1,100 psi shear strength. Tolerates minor surface contaminations from various oils, such as cutting, lubrication, anti-corrosion and protection fluids. Primer less performance on both inactive and active metals. Anaerobic curing method. Resists acetone, B100 biodiesel, brake fluid, ethanol, leaded petrol. Slightly soluble in water. Not only works on active metals (e. G. Brass, copper) but also on passive substrates such as stainless steel and plated surfaces.
