Product Overview

Merit® Grind-O-Flex™ coated flap wheel, high performance unmounted, series: XX-122, 12 in wheel dia, 2 in face width, P40 grit, extra coarse grade, aluminum oxide abrasive, 3000 RPM maximum, 1-3/4 in center hole, heavy cotton/polyester backing, arbor attachment. Flap wheels are an ideal choice for a wide variety of blending, deburring and finishing applications common in the metal fabrication, welding and polishing industries. Flap wheels are conformable to intricate shapes and contours. Designed to deliver a consistent finish with a uniform rate of cut, flap wheels wear away, continually exposing fresh abrasives.

Heavy cotton/polyester blended flaps provide extended durability, conformability and superior wear resistance
