Merchandise may be returned only upon the consent of Hanes Supply Inc., and Hanes Supply Inc. reserves the right to charge the buyer a reasonable restock charge.
Slings and other custom made to order products are not returnable.
Product return for account customers:
If you are an account customer, product returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and the products must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Product returns may be denied, or made subject to re-stocking fees.

When shipping the product back to Hanes Supply Inc., make sure you take note of the following steps.
- Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip.
- Write the reason for returning the product on your packing slip; if the packing slip is not available, please provide purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number of the product.
- Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
- Ship the package to the nearest Hanes Supply branch location.
- Please prepay shipping. Hanes does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D).
