Product Overview

The series of grips in question features a round, smoothly contoured inside jaw, making them well-suited for handling bare ACSR (aluminum conductor steel reinforced) cables. Grips with smooth jaws that provide maximum contact are less likely to deform the cable during use.

The maximum cable size accommodated is 336,400 circular mils of aluminum conductor steel reinforced, with a dia of 0.74 in
The minimum cable size that can be accommodated is 0.53 in dia
The latch automatically secures itself to prevent the grip from accidentally disengaging from the wire when the stick is removed
These grips are designed for use with both bare and insulated conductors in hot-line applications
You can place the grip onto the wire using a hot-line stick
