The tool creates a groove in wet cement to control expansion and contraction and relieve stress points. This 6 in groover features a bit that has a 1/4 in radius and is 1-1/2 in D. The 6 in square blade provides balanced coverage on either side of the blade. The stainless steel blade is connected to a top plate providing additional weight to move through the concrete for a smooth clean groove.
